No Automated Abuse

Automated crawling, spamming, or excessive automated api hits are strictly prohibited to ensure stability for all.

Your Ownership

You retain full ownership and intellectual property of your images. We do not claim any rights over your content.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PixelForge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Fair Usage & Restrictions

We aim to keep our image processing pipeline fast and open to everyone. To maintain high-quality service, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or deploy bots, crawlers, or automated scripts that submit multiple parallel requests to our optimization endpoints.
  • Upload malicious payloads, files containing viruses, or files designed to disrupt the operation of our service containers.
  • Use PixelForge to process media containing illegal, non-consensual, or highly harmful imagery.

3. Content Ownership & Privacy

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and process any files you upload to PixelForge. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, all uploaded files are strictly transient and are permanently deleted from our servers 30 minutes after upload. We do not inspect, retain, or store your images for any period exceeding this limit.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelForge is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure from external disruption.
