30-Min Auto Delete

Every single processed or uploaded image is permanently scrubbed from our file nodes 30 minutes after upload.

Zero Human Eyes

All processes (resizing, conversion, AI-enhancements) are entirely automated. No human ever inspects your files.

HTTPS Encryption

All transfers between your web browser and our processing nodes are secured with enterprise-grade SSL.

1. Data We Collect

PixelForge is designed to run with minimal user data. We collect two types of information:

  • Temporary Media Files: Images you upload for processing. These are stored temporarily in transient memory nodes and deleted permanently within 30 minutes.
  • Usage Metadata: We log basic file statistics (e.g. original filename, file extension, processing size, optimization duration, and tool status). This metadata is saved to build your dashboard history and monitor workloads, but it does not contain binary image content.
  • Account Data: If you sign in, we associate your logged-in email and name with your metadata history to display your personal dashboard feed.

2. Image Processing & AI

Our traditional tools (compression, conversion, cropping) run locally on our node servers using optimized image processing libraries (Sharp). AI-powered features (background removal, colorization, upscale) are processed using Google Gemini neural APIs. Both pipelines adhere to the same zero-retention guidelines: no third-party APIs retain copies of your images once the call completes.

3. Cookies & SSO

PixelForge uses secure, scoped cookies (`Authentication`) to maintain your logged-in session. As part of the CodeSwayam monorepo ecosystem, your authentication details are managed securely via a Single Sign-On (SSO) endpoint. We do not run tracking cookies or sell your activity metrics to third-party ad networks.
